Fresh & Perishable Goods
Because all of our delicious bakes are fresh, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or if you are unable to collect your order. Legally, fresh food items cannot be returned or resold once they have left our kitchen or shed.

Your happiness is incredibly important to our family business. If there is a genuine problem with the quality of your bakes, or if something isn’t quite right with your order, we want to hear about it so we can make it right.

- What to include: Please get in touch within 24 hours of collecting or receiving your bakes. To help us understand what went wrong, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a quick photograph of the bakes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that we make a mistake and you receive the wrong item, or if an item is faulty, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
